To place an order for a new prescription, please
choose one of the following options:

• Call us at (905)472-2222 and we'll be happy to assist you

OR

• Ask your doctor’s office to fax us your
  prescription to: (905)472-2222. Please make
  sure that they include your contact information on the prescription. We may also need the original prescription when you come to pick up your medication.

OR

• Give us your doctor's name and telephone number and we would be glad to obtain your prescription from them.

OR

• Email us; Please include your physician’s contact information along with the names of the medications you require.
